Private White Sand Beach
Since you are dreaming (assuming you have not experienced yet!) of a white beach, you will not be disappointed as the beach at this resort is white and fine. So, get ready to explore, get sandy and wet when you are at this place.

By the beach, you can use the round-shape beds when sunbathing and enjoying the sea, breeze, and everything. Alternatively, you can simply spread out your towel over the white sand and lie down on the soft sand.

Kusina Restaurant
Kusina (for ‘kitchen’ in English) Restaurant is Kandaya’s answer to your craving for food. The chefs can provide you its fresh food with ingredients coming from organic vegetables and food products.

The resort has its own garden where they grow their vegetables. They also used local and fresh food ingredients for homemade bread and pastries and courses on the menu from local farmers.

Of course, you will have an array of choices of food including meat, fish and sea foods, bread, pasta and even vegetarian if you ask for it. Asian and Western cuisines, as well as local and international dishes, are available.

Kusina’s bar
Have your light meal at the restaurant’s bar area which is located close to the Infinity Pool. You will enjoy the relaxing atmosphere and hospitality while observing the view of the sea and surrounding islands and horizon.

Kuwadra
Kuwadra could be a Spanish word for ‘square’ shape. In this context, it means the room where a horse finds its home. Moreover, for this resort, it means that you can take horseback riding. Kandaya has a stable that are tamed enough to bring your around or along the beach area.

Getting to kandaya resort

Getting to Kandaya Resort will take around three hours from northern Cebu. During your road trip, you will be served with some light drinks and snacks while you are enjoying the scenery along the way.

The resort offers you their transport service in two means as follow…

• Van. Kandaya offers a Van service from Cebu City (or anywhere you might be coming from the province) to its property. A certain number of travelers (maximum of 6 persons) is required, and a fee will be necessary (PhP4,000 as of this review).
• Helicopter (180,000PHP/one way) . A faster mode of transport is also being offered by Kandaya Resort – a helicopter flight. This service is for a busy guest and one who wants to experience the beauty of Cebu from the air. The cost of the flight will include taxes and service charges.
  
• Bus. If you want to take a bus to Daanbantayan, you can catch it at Cebu North Bus Terminal in Cebu City.
